PROJECT BRIEF

Tim Davies Landscaping was tasked with the refurbishment of the rear garden of this property and to create a more functional and inviting pool area. As well as the team had to address privacy concerns to the outdoor space due to the upcoming construction of two neighbouring apartment buildings that would overlook the property.

The team delivered a high-quality design and construction of the property’s landscape that complemented the architecture of the home. This project included a variety of hard and soft landscaping elements that upon completion created a modern and lively gardenscape. Some impressive features of this project include the installation of a new deck and steel structure, wall cladding, small outdoor kitchenette as well as installation of lighting, sink, bar fridge and cupboards, a concealed service area including a storeroom and raised vegetable garden beds and an extensive range of planting’s and relocation of previous tree specimens.

The biggest challenge for the team was the design and installation of the structure due to difficult site access and creating a structure that offered privacy but did not overwhelm the space.
