The entire landscape features an array of soft and hard landscaping that caters to the resident’s needs. Featuring an alfresco and pool area, green turf space and in-ground trampoline, this property includes a mastery of hardscaping completed to a high standard. The choice of materials from exposed aggregate driveway and pathways to timber screening, in-situ concrete entry landings to masonry rendered fence, the site blends an array of textural materials to create a modern landscape design.

Drainage and movement joints are discrete and effective, and the lush, modern plantings are of an excellent standard having been spaced evenly in well prepared soils.
