PROJECT BRIEF

The client’s request for the space to be multi-use, with privacy from the surrounding apartments without any man-made structures was a tough brief for a small space. Earth Creation Landscapes proved size doesn’t matter by creating a secluded oasis, incorporating various elements into the landscape design to provide a sense of seclusion and tranquility.

On the western side of the courtyard, conscious not to block spectacular sunset views, plant material used did not exceed the height of 1 meter. On the eastern boundary tall, slender plants were chosen effectively shielding the space from prying eyes, providing privacy without compromising space and the available sunlight.

In order to create a requested yoga area, natural materials such as natural random sawn bluestone created a secluded nook within the courtyard, the perfect space for yoga enthusiasts to find inner peace and connect with nature.

This project cleverly maximizes a compact space with exceptional craftsmanship. The combination of excellent drainage and soil preparation, aesthetically pleasing materials, robust well-chosen plants, and impeccable workmanship contributes to its overall excellence. The garden successfully creates a versatile and private space, extending the apartment’s living area while perfectly embracing its location.
