PROJECT BRIEF
The Herston Quarter Redevelopment Heritage Precinct project included a refurbishment and redevelopment of parts of the heritage listed site. Every aspect of the refurbishment was designed to connect people to the outdoors.

From careful selection in hardscape and softscape elements such as insitu walls, substrate rocks, courtyard and swale constructions and a variety of heritage listed tree, palms and plants. Executed to perfection, the hard and soft landscaping engages people in the environment and adds to the overall beauty of the site.

Through the excellent craftsmanship of Bland 2 Brilliant the heritage listed site has been completed to a high standard that contributes greatly to the timeless beauty of the Herston Quarter buildings.

“This project delivers an amazing transformation bringing the historic buildings and surrounds into the modern day. The space provides a lovely environment to the patrons of the precinct that is both inviting and accommodating. Outstanding features of the project include the concrete walls, seating, paving, rock swales and provides its name’s sake, the Green Heart Connection. The planting has been executed extremely well creating thriving, happy and healthy plants. This project has been accomplished with the use of quality products and superb workmanship throughout resulting in a fine example of landscape construction excellence.”
